Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Emilia Kraleva expressed Bulgaria’s readiness to work in close cooperation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) during Bulgaria’s upcoming Presidency of the Council of the EU, with a key priority – the Western Balkans.

At a meeting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers in Vienna, the Bulgarian diplomat stressed that during its EU Presidency, Bulgaria will continue to support the work of the organization which has a number of missions in this region. It is important to Bulgaria to deepen its support for the OSCE in the three dimensions of security – politico-military, economic and environmental, and the human dimension, including for countering extremism and radicalism.
