Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Emilia Kraleva expressed Bulgaria’s readiness to work in close cooperation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) during Bulgaria’s upcoming Presidency of the Council of the EU, with a key priority – the Western Balkans.
