Environmentalists have organized a symbolic action in front of the building of the Council of Ministers in Sofia. They brought jars containing fresh air from Pirin, accompanied by letters to the prime minister and ministers, despite the fact the government did not meet as a number of ministers are currently in Brussels.

Environmentalists said that their symbolic gifts were meant to remind of the three demands related to the Pirin National Park, including the resignation of Minister of Environment and Waters, Neno Dimov.

A protest rally in defense of Pirin is scheduled to take place downtown Sofia tomorrow evening.
