There is a chance that the trial over draining 1.5 billion euro from the Corporate Commercial Bank (CCB) could start by the end of February.

Authorities in Serbia have handed a summons and the 11-thousand-page indictment against former majority owner of the bankrupt bank, Tsvetan Vassilev, lawyer Konstantin Simeonov told BNR.

Vassilev will not be present personally in the courtroom, and the case will be considered in absentia. If Vassilev voluntarily decided to return to this country, he would be arrested.
