For the TurkStream pipeline project to pass through Bulgaria, the law in the EU has been observed down to the last letter, said Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova.
“We cannot sit and wait for certain favourable events to take place. We need actions adequate to the changing environment, so as to guarantee that Bulgaria will stay on the gas map.
