China is showing an extraordinary interest in the construction of Belene nuclear power plant, Premier Boyko Borissov said in Dubrovnik where he is participating at the 16+1 Summit, Meeting of Heads of Government of Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) and PR China. In my view, this project is extremely lucrative for China in political and geostrategic aspect and this country has the opportunity to build nuclear power plant in the EU for the first time.
