Bulgaria and Turkey to continue policy of good neighbor relations

Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov and Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan met in Sarajevo within the frameworks of thesummit of the Southeast European Countries Cooperation Process (SEECP). Turkey is neighbor of Bulgaria, a NATO ally and key partner in migration, the fight against terrorism, energy supplies and security, transport corridors, agriculture and stock-breeding, Premier Borrissov underlined. In its bilateral relations Sofia will continue to follow the principles of good neighborliness, mutual respect and non-interference in the other countries’ internal affairs, Boyko Borissov pointed out. It is of our interest to build a region of stability, security and prosperity where the values and principles of the EU are guaranteed, Premier Borissov went on to say.
