The extension of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline will pass through Bulgaria, not Greece, Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak told journalists today at the sitting of the Russia-Turkey Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation in Antalya. The gas pipeline which has to connect Russia and Turkey via the Black Sea will start functioning on January 1, 2020.
