Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov met with Assistant Secretary of State for International Security and Non-Proliferation Christopher Ashley Ford. Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier Tomislav Donchev and Bulgaria’s Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova also attended the meeting.
