Bulgarian citizens will be able to cross Hungary between 9 pm and 5 am local time

The Austria-Hungary border has again opened for Bulgarian citizens. Bulgaria’s Ambassador to Vienna Ivan Sirakov has informed that the first vehicles have already crossed the border. The Austrian and the Hungarian Police are providing passage corridor to the Bulgarian vehicles. A second lane has been opened as well, the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced. Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Péter Szijjártó promised to arrange for the Bulgarian citizens to be able to cross the land borders of Hungary between 9 pm and 5 am local time, meanwhile calling on all drivers to follow the instructions of the law-enforcement authorities and wait patiently.
