The Southeast European Bulgarian Cultural Institute – “Methodius Center” in Ellwangen offers a platform for Bulgarians in Germany with books on Bulgarian culture, history, language, literature and contemporary society in Bulgarian, Russian, German and English. The digital platform can be used for free and contains over 2500 titles. As of the end of 2017, the Methodius Center library in Ellwangen has become part of the electronic exchange system with the Eastern Europe Division of the Bavarian State Library in Munich. The Institute offers assistance and thus makes everyday life of Bulgarians, as well as of many German and foreign citizens living in Germany at this difficult time better.
