In a telephone conversation, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and President of the European Council, Charles Michel, discussed the upcoming video-conference EU summit. PM Borissov said the European Commission's coronavirus recovery plan was balanced.
It is important for Bulgaria that cohesion and the common agricultural policy is maintained at their current levels.
