Bulgaria will not provide state guarantees for the Belene NPP project, nor will it conclude long-term contracts for the purchase of electricity, Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova has told BNT.
On the question whether the European Commission should re-approve the project documents due to expired permits, Minister Petkova pointed out that this was not an obligation of the state, but of the future investor.
