The 24th day of the anti-government protests in Sofia ended with another closed intersection. Since last night, traffic at the thoroughfare at Sofia University downtown Sofia has been blocked by tents of anti-government protesters. There are also police buses at the site, which have closed all lanes in the direction of Eagle's Bridge (Orlov most). The reason for this is the refusal of the police to allow the passage of a van of the mothers of children with disabilities from the organization "The system is killing us".

Earlier during the day, the mothers started a march to the home of Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov in Bankya. They then tried to join the protesters on Orlov most and the tent camp.
Law enforcement officials explained that the women were free to continue on foot, as bridge was blocked and vehicles were not moving in the area, a BNR reporter announced
Due to the blockade by protesters of the road intersections at Orlov most, Vasil Levski Blvd. and Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., the routes of buses and trolleys have been changed, the Sofia Municipality announced.
