An inspection by the Prosecutor’s Office found a number of violations during the construction of sites in Rosenets Park where the summer residence of the honorary leader of DPS Ahmed Dogan is located. Violations were also found in Budzhaka area near Sozopol where the summer house of businessman Ivo Prokopiev  is located. Without naming the owners, the Prosecutor’s Office has announced that the coastline in Rosenets does not have a status of a beach and free access to this coastline is impeded by construction wall. As for the summer house in Budzhaka locality, the violations are connected with the outdoor pool and non-compliance with the Detailed Development Plan. The Prosecutor’s Office has approached the competent institutions on the two cases. Protests were held recently both in Rosenents Park and Budzhaka locality. The first protest was organized by “Yes, Bulgaria” party near Dogan’s summer residence in Rosenet Park. The second protest near Ivo Prokopiev’s villa in Budzhaka area was initiated by Nikolay Barekov. Violations were also found in a construction project near Obzor, but the Prosecutor’s Office did not name the owner of the site which was subject to inspection.
