GERB may submit its proposal for Grand National Assembly in August, Filip Popov, MP from the Bulgarian Socialist Party said. He also doubted that the proposals of Premier Borissov regarding amendments to the constitution would be accepted by all parties represented at the Parliament, or by at least 160 MPs.
