Bridge between Presidency and Council of Ministers burned long ago: Vice-President Yotova

People overcame their fear and went out in the streets to voice their demands, Bulgaria’s Vice-President Iliana Yotova told BTV on occasion of the antigovernment protests in Bulgaria which continue for more than 70 days. The bridge between the Presidency and the Council of Ministers was burned long ago, because the President and the Vice-President were not “obedient”, Iliana Yotova said further.

The conflict escalated, because the two institutions have different way of making politics.-the honest way, which has been the main philosophy in President Radev’s and the Presidency’s behavior and actions over the past 4 years- and the behind the scenes way used to undervalue the Presidential institution and block its initiatives, Vice-President Yotova contends.
