A third protest, entitled "Great People's Uprising", is scheduled for September 22 coinciding with the 112th anniversary of Bulgaria's Independence. This is the 76th consecutive day of anti-government events. The gathering of protesters is planned to start 5 pm downtown the capital city. Organizers said they would announce their five main views on how to exit the situation of confrontation between protesters and the government.

On the 75th night of protests, protesters once again threw eggs and tomatoes on the building of the parliament, while demands remain unchanged - resignation of the prime minister and the chief prosecutor, as well as fair early elections.
