The monitoring on Bulgaria under the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism will continue along with the new reports on the rule of law, "which would ruin the image of our country amid a quite mixed situation in the European Union", Bulgaria’s Vice-President Iliana Yotova said for BNR.

"I have an information that a special resolution has been prepared for Bulgaria. A separate resolution on a member state is a very rare thing. The European institutions do not interfere in the internal processes of the member states, especially political processes", Iliana Yotova underlined.

With regard to the situation in Bulgaria, Vice-President Yotova pointed out that this country needs political stability, public support and international reputation, in order to overcome the crisis.
