I expect the government to uphold chapter 35 of the negotiating framework, in which the entire framework position approved by the Bulgarian parliament is formulated. This seems less and less likely and the way out of this situation is the postponement of the negotiations until all issues with North Macedonia are cleared up,” stated President Rumen Radev, commenting on the latest developments in the negotiations between Bulgarias and North Macedonia.
