Climate change and Green Deal to be discussed in Sofia

An online conference "Climate Policy and the Green Deal - Challenges and Opportunities" will be held on December 1. It is organized by GERB, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Wilfried Martens Center for European Studies, BTA has reported.

The challenges facing climate policy and the  EU Green Deal will be discussed. Measures in this direction will be presented, too.

The forum will be opened by the Mayor of Sofia - Yordanka Fandakova. Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev, Head of the Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Sofia Thorsten Geissler, Tomi Huhtanen, Executive Director at Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, as well as diplomats and international bankers will take part.
