The special envoy of North Macedonia for Bulgaria Vlado Buckovski is only a motivator for the implementation of the Treaty of Friendship and Good Neighbourliness, said the Prime Minister of North Macedonia Zoran Zaev. He will have a term of 1 year. The talks are being led by the foreign ministry led by Minister Bujar Osmani, Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs Nikola Dimitrov, the state secretary and the cabinet, the Macedonian prime minister stressed.

Despite all efforts, unless a solution is reached in December on Skopje's strategy, it is his personal commitment and the commitment of all ministers that talks must continue. An atmosphere must be created and obstacles must be removed by next summer, Zaev said, as quoted by BGNES.
