Only 1/5 of teachers in Bulgaria wish to be vaccinated against Covid-19

The Bulgarians state will pay BGN 10 (EUR 5) for each dose of the two-doses vaccine against COVRD-19 that will be used. The money will be paid to GPs in the Diagnostic and Consulting Centres, doctors in hospitals, in the special mobile vaccination centres, and in the Regional Health Inspectorates. The funds will be provided from the state budget, and the payment will be made after the entry of the vaccination in an electronic register. This became clear from today's working meeting of Bulgaria's Minister of Health Kostadin Angelov, BTA reported.
At the same meeting, it became clear that out of 90,000 teachers and teaching staff in the country, only 21% of teachers have so far expressed a desire to be vaccinated in the second phase of the vaccination campaign.
