In the situation of pandemic, it is of particular importance to guarantee the health of all Bulgarian citizens, their constitutional right to vote, with normal voter turnout and confidence in the process, the President said.
Voting for our compatriots abroad strengthens their spiritual connection with the homeland and their commitment to public life in Bulgaria. The vote will be subject to specific safety measures in each country, President Radev added.
