After Bulgaria’s entry into the Eurozone waiting room we have one more occasion to celebrate, said Prime Minister Boyko Borissov during an online ceremony at which the country became a member of the Nuclear Energy Agency of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

Boyko Borissov pointed out that by becoming the 34th member of the organization Bulgaria is setting an example how to decommission four reactors and how to store nuclear fuel.

Addresses were delivered at the ceremony by Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Director-General Ángel Gurría and the Director-General of the Agency William Magwood.
