Sofia and Burgas with interesting initiatives for Europe Day

Photo: library

The National Palace of Culture will be lit tonight in the colours of the European flag on the occasion of Europe Day. Also today, as part of the LUX Film Days, a free screening of Thomas Winterberg's "Another One" will take place at the Cinema House.

Surprises await passengers at more than 250 railway stations in Bulgaria, who will be greeted throughout the day on the occasion of the holiday and the European Year of Rail.

Burgas will celebrate Europe Day with a challenge that will unite people from different parts of the world. The Municipality of Burgas and the Regional Information Centre call on the fans of the city to take selfies at the place where they are at the moment and to send their original message on Instagram (#loveburgas).
