Daily coronavirus positivity rate below 1%

123 is the number of newly registered coronavirus cases out of 13,361 tests performed in the past 24 hours, a positivity rate of 0.9%, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show.

The highest number of new infections is in Sofia - 32, Plovdiv – 21 and in Pazardzhik - 7. No new infections have been reported in 5 regions of the country. 

2,290 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospital, 246 of them in intensive care. 6 have died, 783 have recovered in the past day.

20,496 vaccine doses have been administered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of vaccinations to 1.5 million.
