There have been difficulties related to receiving the protocols from the polling stations abroad, Kamelia Neykova, chairwoman of the Central Election Commission has told BNT.

The problem comes partly due to the presence of an intermediate unit. "A temporary communication hub where all scanned protocols arrive is created," Neykova said. Therefore, everything possible will be done to shorten the time needed for the protocols to arrive at this temporary communication point; to the CEC and back to the station commissions, Neykova added.
