Weather forecast for Bulgaria on July 31

Hot with a slight decline of highest temperatures

It will be sunny and hot on Saturday. There will be more clouds in the afternoon and rain showers are expected in the mountains. The highest temperatures will be between 34 ° and 39 °, in Sofia up to 35 °.

At the Black Sea coast weather will remain sunny with a cooling sea breeze. The highest air temperatures will be from 27 ° on Cape Kaliakra to 29 ° in Burgas and south of the city. The temperature of the sea water is 26 ° - 27 °.

It will also be mostly sunny over the mountains. Short rainfalls are expected at places in the afternoon. The highest temperature at 1200 meters will be up to 32 °; at 2000 meters up to 24 °. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo temperature will reach 30 °, and in Smolyan and Bansko up to 35.

The heat wave will continue in the coming days. The highest temperatures will fluctuate between 35 ° and 40 °, and will remain lower along the Black Sea coast.
