Bulgaria’s health authorities expected to introduce stricter anti-epidemic measures by September 10

Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov issued two orders to extend the anti-epidemic measures. The first order is in connection with the decision of the Council of Ministers to extend the emergency epidemic situation until November 30. According to the second order, the existing anti-epidemic measures introduced in different sectors are extended until September 10.

The order concerns sports competitions, the work of training and children's centers, visits to fitness centers, gyms and clubs, visits to restaurants, markets and entertainment facilities, etc. A new order with stricter anti-epidemic measures is expected to be issued by September 10, the Ministry of Health told the BNR.
