The main focus is on the measures in support of employment (BGN 207 million for social activities) and of businesses (BGN 440 million).

For the first time, funds have been allocated to compensate for the losses of air carriers and tour operators.
BGN 320 million have been allocated for payment of part of the unpaid funds for constructions of the Road Structure Agency; for healthcare - BGN 225 million; for dealing with the migrant crisis - BGN 60 million.
