Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Wednesday, September 29, 2021

Cloudy weather is expected in Bulgaria on Wednesday. Rain is in the forecast for Western Bulgaria. Significant precipitation is expected in the southwestern regions.The minimum temperatures will range from 10°C to 15°C.

The maximum temperatures will range from 16°C to 21°C, in Sofia- 18°C.

There will be moderate northeasterly winds along the Black Sea coast. The maximum temperatures will range from 19°C to 20°C, the seawater temperature- 20°C-21°C, sea state-3.

Over the mountains, there will be significant clouds and rain. Snow is expected in the highest mountain areas. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will be around 12°C, at 2,000 meters-around 6°C. In the resorts of Pamporovo and Borovets the maximum temperatures will reach 10°C, in Bansko-14°C.

On Thursday, the maximum temperatures will continue to drop. Occasional showers are also expected, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology forecasts.
