The head of Bulgaria's Supreme Court of Cassation, Lozan Panov, enters the race for president as an independent candidate, BNR has learned from its sources. Lozan Panov's nomination is expected to be officially announced today when the initiative committee will meet at 17.00 in front of the presidency.
