On November 14, when Bulgarians will elect both parliament and president, voting will take place on one machine and with one smart card, Bulgaria's Central Election Commission has decided. The receipts after the voting will be two or one - depending on whether the voter votes for both types of elections (parliamentary and presidential) or only for one.

The waiting time before a member of a polling station committee can help citizens with the voting process will be 3 minutes.
The Central Election Commission has also agreed on how the device's screens will be displayed.
