Three tender procedures for the supply of more than 3 million Covid-19 tests have been organized. However, no company can deliver such large quantities in such a short period of time. There is a shortage of Covid-19 tests, although the necessary money has been provided, Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Education and Science Nikolay Denkov said with regard to the return of upper grades students to school.
