Schools in Bulgaria have received more than 1 million Covid-19 tests: Education Minister

Three tender procedures for the supply of more than 3 million Covid-19 tests have been organized. However, no company can deliver such large quantities in such a short period of time. There is a shortage of Covid-19 tests, although the necessary money has been provided, Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Education and Science Nikolay Denkov said with regard to the return of upper grades students to school. 

So far, more than 1 million Covid-19 tests have been delivered to schools in Bulgaria. 22 children diagnosed with coronavirus infection have died since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Minister Denkov went on to say.
