Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 14 December 2021

Rainfall and snowfall expected in Bulgaria on Tuesday

It will be cloudy over the country on Tuesday. In many places snowfall is expected, in the eastern regions it will rain. In the afternoon the precipitation will decrease and by the evening in most areas it will stop. Moderate northwesterly wind is expected The minimum temperatures will be between minus 1 and 4 °C, and daytime highs will be between 1 and 6 °C. For the Sofia region the thermometers will show up to 1 °C.

It will be cloudy and foggy over the mountains. It will snow, more significantly in the Rila-Rhodope region and in the Central Balkan Range. There will be blizzards and gusts along the mountain passes. A strong northeasterly wind will blow. The maximum temperatures at 1,200 m will be up to minus 1 °C, at 2,000 m around minus 4 °C.
On Wednesday, rainfall will stop over the whole country, but temperatures will remain the same.
