Most MPs of the Vazrazhdane party have entered parliament without showing a Covid certificate at the entrance.

"We will not respect the restrictions on entering parliament. Let all Bulgarian citizens who feel discriminated against, do the same." This is what leader of the Vazrazhdane party, Kostadin Kostadinov, has told Nova TV. "The National Assembly has become a kind of circus. No one can restrict your right to go to work. We have been preparing a constitutional complaint," the politician added.

"When an obligation is created, a sanction for its non-fulfillment should follow. There is no such thing in this case," expert on constitutional law Prof. Plamen Kirov has told media.
