An expert team led by an American consulting company has prepared a plan for modernization of Toplofikacia - Sofia, analyzing the possibilities for complete reconstruction, rehabilitation and recapitalization of the central heating company. The plan envisages the construction of new facilities for the production of electricity and heat, Deputy Mayor of Sofia Municipality Doncho Barbalov said.
