The Specialized Prosecutor's Office is checking whether employees of InvestBulagria Agency were part of the scheme.

The Specialized Prosecutor's Office requested documents and information from InvestBulgaria Agency, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Justice and the Migration Directorate of the Ministry of Interior. The European Commission and the European Parliament will be notified about the case, the Spokesperson of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office Hristo Krastev said.
