During his visit to Sofia, Derek Chollet conferred with Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance Assen Vassilev, this country’s Minister of Defense Stefan Yanev and Bulgaria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodora Genchovska. Mr. Chollet hailed the results of his talks with members of the Bulgarian government.
