Bulgaria reports 99 Covid-related deaths in past day

2,759 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 22,417 tests performed, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 74.5% of the new cases are among the unvaccinated. 12.3% of the tests have returned positive result.

The number of active cases of Covod-19 have decreased with 3,173 to 215,521. 467 patients have been admitted to hospitals in the past day. Nearly 88% of them were not immunized. 3,198 patients are being treated in hospital, as 473 of them are in intensive care units.

99 people with an established coronavirus infection have died in the past day. More than 86% of them were not vaccinated. 5,833 have been reported cured.

2,902 vaccines were administered on Monday. 2,045,478 is the number of people with a completed immunization.
