Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Wednesday, March 23

Daytime temperatures are expected to increase

Minimum temperatures on Wednesday will fluctuate between minus 5°C and 2°C, for Sofia- minus 5°C. Moderate to strong northeasterly winds are expected. Clouds will disperse and it will be mostly sunny in many parts of the country before noon. Maximum temperatures will range between 10°C and 15°C, for Sofia- around 10°C.

Sunny weather is in the forecast for the mountains on March 23. There will be clouds and light snow in the Rhodope, Strandzha and Sakar mountains in the morning hours. Strong to hurricane-force northeasterly winds are expected. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 0°C, at 2,000 meters- around minus 5°C.

Temperatures will rise sharply on Thursday and daytime highs will reach 15°C-20°C.
