Russia has declared two employees of the Bulgarian embassy in Moscow persona non grata as a retaliatory measure, TASS reported, citing a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"Nikolai Trifonov, Bulgaria's permanent envoy to the Russian Federation, was invited today to the Russian Foreign Ministry, where he was handed a note declaring two Bulgarian embassy in Moscow employees persona non grata," the statement said.
