On the occasion of Constitution Day, 16 April, President Rumen Radev addressed legal practitioners and all Bulgarian citizens.
Paying tribute to the participants in the Constituent Assembly in 1879, which laid the foundations of constitutionalism in the Principality of Bulgaria, the Bulgarian head of state laid emphasis on their common will to guarantee the equality of the citizens of Bulgaria and the protection of their rights, whatever their political views.
