Bulgarian MEP lhan Kyuchyuk of Renew Europe has sent a letter to Vice President of the European Commission for Values and Transparency Vera Jourová and European Commissioner for Justice, Didier Reynders, informing them about a case of hate speech in the Bulgarian parliament.
