Ukraine’s Ambassador to Sofia Vitaly Moskalenko stated, in an interview with bTV, that the Bulgarian government and Deputy Prime Minister Kalina Konstantinova had handled well the task of welcoming and accommodating the Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war.
