Four Covid patients passed away in Bulgaria for a day

There were 160 new Covid cases registered in the past day in Bulgaria or 8 less than a day earlier. Over 58% of the newly infected were non-vaccinated citizens. 4.2% of 3,818 tests returned positive result, according to the portal coronavirus.bg.

The number of registered patients decreased by 918 to 70,298. The new hospital admissions were 21 as 11 of the newly hospitalized patients or 57.14% were non-vaccinated citizens. The number of patients in hospitals decreased to 303. There are 29 people in intensive care.

Four people with Covid lost their lives during the day. All of them were non-vaccinated citizens. The number of recoveries reached 874. A total of 451 vaccines were administered on Wednesday. 2,060,201 people have already completed their immunization.
