Outgoing Premier Kiril Petkov held a meeting with the Parliamentary group of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP). Kiril Petkov once again denied the allegation of making a one-man decision with regard to the expulsion of the Russian diplomats from Bulgaria, adding that the only mistake he may have made was how the events were presented.
