Today, President Rumen Radev is to hand a mandate for the formation of a government within the current parliament to the candidate for prime minister nominated by the second biggest parliamentary group in the 47th National Assembly, that of GERB-SDS.
GERB has stated in advance that they will return the mandate immediately without making any attempt to form a cabinet.
